FORT RILEY, Kan. (WIBW) — The U.S. Army says two Fort Riley soldiers who went missing are considered absent without leave.

Nineteen-year-old Private First Class Richard Ferguson and 20 year-old Bradley Kappel are both from Noblesville, Indiana.

The statement from the Army’s Criminal Investigation Command says their investigation found the two soldiers did not disappear under suspicious circumstances nor were the victims of foul play.

Suffolk, Va. – The Suffolk Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in finding a man who has been missing since his vehicle was found in a ditch earlier this morning.

David Christopher Gillespie, age 40, whose last known address was in Chesapeake, has not been seen since his 4-door Buick was located after it apparently crashed in a ditch in the rural wooded area of the 2000 block of Lake Cohoon Road at approximately 1:00 a.m., police say.

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. — The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday asked the public for help in finding an at-risk Watsonville man who was reported missing after being released from a behavioral health clinic.

Darin Zinola, 51, was reported missing by a family member after being released from the clinic in Santa Cruz on Saturday. He has medical issues that put him at risk if he is not treated and he has difficulty communicating verbally, sheriff’s officials said.

Juan Pedro Valladares missing since Monday, search ongoing


A search operation in the wilderness areas off Highway 74 in Pinyon Pines was underway Wednesday after a missing man’s vehicle was found by members of the U.S. Forest Service, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.

Authorities discovered the car, a red Toyota Corolla, belonging to Juan Pedro Valladares on Monday. Valladares, 33, was last seen in North Palm Springs on July 25, according to a news release by the sheriff’s department.

Susan Danielle Ronquillo was last seen in Eloy on July 11 and friends reported her missing on July 19.

Last week, Eloy police said they had received information that she may have been murdered.

DOWAGIAC, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) – Rose Morris has been found safe.

According to Dowagiac Police the 25-year old has had contact with family, though it’s not clear at this time where she has been. Police say that she is voluntarily missing.

A posting on a Facebook page set up to find the missing woman claimed she had been in jail, but police say that is false information. Investigators say that she told family that she had been in jail, but that was not true.

DURHAM, N.C. – Durham police are asking for assistance in locating a missing 4-year-old boy and a 27-year-old woman last seen July 18 at the bus station on Pettigrew Street.

Ashli Nicole Green and Rashad Tylee Eaborn, both of Durham, are believed to be staying in motels in Raleigh and Durham, police said.
