ARAB, Alabama — A National Guardsman from Huntsville who was last seen leaving Arab on Oct. 4 is safe, according to police.

Arab police were searching for Jonathan Ryan Dunlap. Arab Police Chief Ed Ralston said Dunlap left Arab that day to go to a drill in Cullman but he never showed up.

AR – Update: Missing Pike County Woman Theresa Jackson Found Alive – Arkansas Matters

PIKE COUNTY, AR – A local woman found alive after being missing for four days is being examined at a Hot Springs hospital.

Theresa Jackson, 73, was found early this afternoon by a volunteer who noticed a broken branch and took a closer look, finding her underneath a brush pile.

The woman was suffering from hypothermia as she was taken from the scene in a helicopter.

Angela Holmes, who stands about 5 feet 8 inches and weighs 165 pounds, was reported missing by her husband early Tuesday.

STUTTGART, Ark. (KTHV) – Twenty days have passed since anyone has heard from or seen 15-year-old Cassie Compton.

According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Compton is a white female with blonde hair and blue eyes. She is said to stand at 5 feet, 3 inches and weigh around 100 pounds. Flyers have also indicated that she has a scar on the left side of her face.

The Stuttgart teenager disappeared on the night of September 14, but no Amber Alert has been issued from Arkansas State Police (ASP), and law enforcement has stated that her situation falls short of a Morgan-Nick Amber Alert.

LITTLE ROCK (KATV)–After several days of covering missing realtor Beverly Carter’s case, Channel 7 found out that around 400 others are still missing in Arkansas.

Tonight we break down the numbers and look into one of the oldest cases available to the public. Not all cases are made public, it’s up to individual law enforcement agencies to make a missing persons case public using the Arkansas Crime Information Center’s database.

Although the FBI’s database has around 400 missing Arkansans listed, the public is only aware of about 35 cases.

Two of the oldest missing persons cases date back to the 70s. In 1976, Gary Mullinax’s car was found in Little Rock with his keys and wallet inside. Anthony Allen was last seen and heard from in 1978.
