SEARCY, Ark. — Where is 2-year-old Malik Drummond?

That’s the question a lot of people are asking, wondering what’s become of the youngster who reportedly walked away from his Searcy, Arkansas, home on November 23rd.

Police tell us they are actively looking for the child, but have scaled down search efforts and are focusing on what they call credible tips from the public.

But as the weeks pass, there are more people who fear the worst for Malik. Sherri Smith is one of them.

NC – Authorities: Missing teen Jasmine Leigh Frost could be with Whitsett man

A 15-year-old girl, who may be with a local man previously convicted of child abuse, has been reported missing.

Jasmine Leigh Frost, 15, of Roger, Ark., was visiting a family member’s home with her mother, Twila Little Brave, on Nov. 28 at 351 Kelse’s Valley Drive, Mars Hill, according to a press release from the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.

Brave reported Frost missing and said the family discovered she may have stolen a car and fled. After an investigation it was determined Frost had been in a relationship with Brandon Garrick Pegram, 24, of Whitsett, whom she was to meet in Greensboro.

The stolen vehicle was found abandoned Thursday in a parking lot on Summit Avenue. The pair may be in Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, Burlington, Asheboro, Lexington or the Statesville area.

AR – Benton police searching for missing teen Adriana Anzalone

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (December 12. 2014) – The Benton Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing runaway teen. Adriana Anzalone, 17, was reported missing on Monday and she was last heard from on December 6.

Adriana is a white female, approximately 5′ 3″ tall, and weighs 130 lbs. Her hair is shoulder length and was originally blonde, but recently she dyed it red.

AR – Candlelight Vigil Dec. 13 for Missing Searcy Toddler Malik Drummond – Arkansas Matters

SEARCY, AR – A candlelight vigil is planned for Saturday in Searcy for a two-year-old boy who has been missing for more than two weeks.

According to the Facebook page FindMalik, the vigil for Malik Drummond is scheduled for Dec. 13 at Berryhill Park (501 Davis Dr. between Moore Ave. and Race Ave.) at 5:30 p.m.

Participants are asked to please bring a candle with them for the vigil.

El Dorado — The family of a woman missing in south Arkansas is now offering a 5-thousand dollar reward to help find her.

Amanda McPherson went missing last month, when she left in a vehicle with a male friend in Union County.
The vehicle became stuck in a wooded area near Junction City.

Stuttgart, AR honors missing girl Cassie Compton’s birthday

STUTTGART, Ark. (KTHV) – On Thursday, Stuttgart honored a birthday while the birthday girl, teenager Cassie Compton, remains missing.

Compton was last seen on September 14th after she told her mother she was leaving the home to buy cigarettes, but after a few hours no one had heard from her or seen her.

Now, more than two months later, investigators are still without many details, but the community is not losing hope.

Police Suspend Search for Missing Searcy, AR Boy Malik Drummond, Focus on Criminal Investigation – OzarksFirst.com

SEARCY, AR — Searcy, Arkansas Police Chief Jeremy Clark has announced the office has suspended the ground search for Malik Drummond, 2, and has begun on a criminal investigation into his disappearance.

Statement from Clark, released Monday around noon:

“Since the start of our search for two (2) year old Malik Drummond, the Searcy Police Department has utilized all available resources to locate a child that had reportedly “wandered off” from his home on West Park Street. As you all know, an alert was immediately sent out through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) as well as an Amber Alert. Naturally, we immediately entertained the possibility of criminal activity being a factor in his disappearance. While the search went on for Malik based on the reported information, Searcy detectives with assistance from state police investigators and FBI agents, conducted a very active investigation under a much larger range of possibilities. This investigation has been kept separate from the very large, around the clock search operation being conducted from the command centers.
