UPDATE: Police are now calling Booher’s disappearance “involuntary/suspicious”. The Linn County Sheriff’s Office, Cedar Rapids Police Department, and Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation are now joining the search for Booher.

His truck was found abandoned in Cedar Rapids on June 9th. Booher was last seen in the early morning hours of May 31, in Cedar Rapids.

Milton Police are looking for a missing man who might be trying to harm himself.

Cory Broetzman, 41, was last heard from in the Altoona, Iowa area on Thursday morning.

“On Wednesday, he communicated that he intended to harm himself,” said Milton Police Chief Daniel Layber in a news release.

Body of missing Davenport man Willis Hughes found | WQAD.com

A body found in the Mississippi River has been confirmed to be Willis Hughes of Davenport.

The body found Tuesday, April 29, 2014 reportedly matched the description of Mr. Hughes, who had been missing since before Christmas 2013.

Willis Hughes, 45, was last seen at about 11 p.m. December 21, 2013. He had reportedly been despondent since his wife unexpectedly passed away a few days after Thanksgiving.

MINNEAPOLIS – A Minnesota medical examiner has identified the body of a missing Iowa woman found in a rural area near Minneapolis over the weekend.

The Hennepin County medical examiner’s office identified the body as that of 29-year-old Carrie Elaine Olson of Davenport, Iowa. Olson was reported missing in Davenport over three months ago, according to the Quad-City Times. Her body was found Saturday evening in a vacant lot near Hastings, Minn., about 30 miles southeast of Minneapolis.

The same day an updated flyer was released in the search for Carrie Olson, police were investigating the discovery of a woman’s body in Minnesota.

Carrie Olson, 29, of Davenport, Iowa, was last seen December 28, 2013 at a gas station in Rock Island, Illinois. Her car, a dark gray Toyota Avalon, was seen the next day at that same gas station, but only her boyfriend, Tim McVay, was with the car then.

McVay returned Olson’s car several days later, but there has been no sign of Carrie Olson since then. Her phone, laptop and wallet were missing.

Authorities found a missing six-day-old baby Friday morning in West Branch.

A new $1,000 reward was offered for anyone who can turn over an iPhone belonging to Carrie Olson, of Davenport, who has been missing for more than a month.

Carrie Olson, 29, was last seen around 4 p.m. Saturday, December 28, 2013 at the 7-Eleven at 38th Street and 18th Avenue in Rock Island, Illinois. A surveillance camera there captured images of Carrie, who was wearing a gray Iowa Hawkeyes sweatshirt, getting gas for her car.
