IL – Missing loved ones prayer service brings hope – KFVS12 News & Weather Cape Girardeau, Carbondale, Poplar Bluff

FAIRFIELD, IL (WFIE) – A prayer service was held at the United Methodist Church in Fairfield for family who have missing loved ones.

It was a very emotion time as family members shared memories and talked about how their faith has grown.

Pastor Bennie Tomberlin led Saturday’s community prayer service. Family members joined together including missing 16-year-old Megan Nichols’ family. She has been missing nearly nine months.

“People can gather around different things you know, but the word of God gives us hope especially around Easter we are thinking around the hope we have in and around Christ and we found out about him through his word. These are his promises,” Tomberlin said.

OR – Missing woman Alicia Scott found dead in river near Klamath Falls |

A woman who went missing from the Klamath Falls area since January was found dead on Thursday in the Klamath River.

The cause of death for 35-year-old Alicia C. Scott is still undetermined and remains under investigation, Oregon State Police said. A 911 caller reported discovering Scott floating in the river near Lake Ewauna.

Family still searching for answers in case of missing St. Albans, WV woman Frances Ann Wartenburg

ST. ALBANS, WV – A family is still holding out hope in finding their missing loved one.
Frances Ann Wartenburg, 33, of St. Albans was reported missing on March 4, 2015. She was last seen on February 21, 2015.

Wartenburg is of thin build, and is “short in height”, according to family members. She has hazel eyes and dark brown, short hair. Family members say she does not have her phone on her.

Remains found in Stuttgart, AR confirmed to be those of missing 62-year-old William “Bill” Gibbs

STUTTGART, Ark. (KTHV) – Arkansas State Police confirmed on Friday that the human remains found in Stuttgart on Wednesday are those of missing 62-year-old William “Bill” Gibbs.

According to reports, Gibbs disappeared on Thanksgiving of last year. His vehicle was found three days later abandoned on Hartz Seed Road near Daugherty Reservoir with the engine was still running.

PA – LostNMissing, Inc: Earthly body located; Andre Gray, 34 – Lawrenceville, PENNSYLVANIA

At a press conference Thursday, Police Commander RaShall Brackney said the body of Gray was pulled from the Ohio River in West Virginia March 20.

The Brooke County Sheriff’s Office and Follansbee Police Department responded to the Market Street Bridge over the river where a body was recovered near a barge. The victim was taken to Charleston, West Virginia, where he was positively identified as Gray.

Body of missing Conway, SC man found off Juniper Bay Road : News :

The body found in a ditch on Juniper Bay Road and Dunn Shortcut Road Thursday afternoon has been identified as that of missing Conway man Robert Hudgins, according to Lt. Chip Squires of Horry County Police.

Hudgins, 27, walked away from his home on Ashlyn Creek Drive in Conway Saturday around 11 p.m. and was last seen at Wendy’s in Aynor on Sunday evening.

His body was found in a ditch around 3:30 p.m. Thursday by someone who lives off the road, according to Squires.
