HOUSTON (KTRK) — Police say they’ve found the body of Vy Ngoc Bao-Pham, the 17-year-old who was at the center of an Amber Alert.

Police say they found Bao-Pham’s body in Sims Bayou, and an Amber Alert cancellation notice states a suspect is in custody.
