Two teens go missing in Lancaster, OH; 1 found, Michael Romaine still missing

LANCASTER – Two teens were reported to have gone missing Sunday to the Lancaster Police Department, though one has since been found.
Both teens are foster children, but there appears to be no other connection between the incidents.
One of the teens, a 17-year-old girl, had been in Lancaster with her foster mother for one week, according to police reports. Her foster mother reported her missing before 7 a.m. on Monday morning after she went into her room to wake her up for school and discovered Starr and all of her clothing and personal items gone.
