Body found in Madera County believed to be missing 2-year-old, Thaddeus Sran, police say | The Fresno Bee

The remains of a child believed to be that of 2-year-old Thaddeus Sran, who went missing earlier this month, were found Thursday morning west of Madera, the Police Department announced Thursday.

Speaking during a news conference Thursday afternoon, Madera Police Chief Dino Lawson said an infant’s body was discovered around 9:15 a.m. in a remote area outside the city. A tip led detectives to an area outside the city, Lawson said. Detectives used the assistance of a cadaver dog during the search.
