OKLAHOMA CITY — The Oklahoma City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in an investigation into a man’s disappearance in 2017.
Joseph Lartey was last seen Sept. 28, 2017, at the Squeaky Clean Car Wash near Southeast 59th Street and South Anderson Road. Although investigators have received a few tips since his disappearance, no significant leads have been provided and Lartey has not been located.
