COUNCIL BLUFFS, Ia. (KMTV) — The Council Bluffs Police Department (CBPD) is asking for help locating a missing 2-year-old, Luna Gallegos, and her mother, Jennifer A. Reilly.
According to a statement released by the CBPD Thursday afternoon, officers were called to a home in Council Bluffs regarding a missing two-year-old. The child’s father stated that Jennifer Reilly had left the residence late Wednesday night with their daughter, Luna Gallagos, and he had not heard from them since.
