Silver alert issued for missing Norwich girl, 15 | The Bulletin

Police have issued a statewide alert for a 15-year-old Norwich girl they call a missing endangered child.

Martina Melendez is described as a Hispanic girl with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black sweatpants, a black hooded sweatshirt and red sneakers.
