NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) – The New Hartford Police Department is attempting to locate a missing juvenile from the House of the Good Shephard located on Champlin Ave. The juvenile was last seen leaving the campus on 09-17-21 at about 1045 pm.
