Remains found during search for missing daughter of Grand Forks prosecutor | Grand Forks Herald

SIDNEY, Mont. — Volunteers found human remains during a large-scale search for missing woman Katelynn Berry in Sidney, Montana, on Thursday, Jan. 20, but authorities did not disclose where the body was discovered or whether it was Berry.

Sidney Police Chief Mark Kraft said the body will be sent to the state medical examiner in Billings for an autopsy. Kraft said further search efforts for Berry had been suspended as of Thursday morning.
