UPDATE: FBI issues missing person report for woman last seen in Minneapolis | KSTP

In an update Friday, the Minneapolis division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation issued a missing person report for a woman last seen Thursday afternoon.

The FBI and Minneapolis police are working to investigate after the incident was reported as a kidnapping in the area of Webber Parkway and Lyndale Avenue North at about 12:17 Thursday.
