NOPD searching for 15-year-old reported missing | WDSU

NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Police Department is asking for help locating 15-year-old Justin Martinez who was reported missing Sunday.

According to investigators, Martinez was last seen by family members leaving his home in the 7700 block of Shubert Street on Feb. 18 and has not returned home.
