OH – Missing: Clarence Ellis | FOX 8

CLEVELAND (WJW)– FOX 8 and Amanda Berry are working together to help find missing people in Ohio.

Clarence Ellis is 34 years old. He was last seen on Feb. 17 and was reported missing to Cleveland police on Feb. 27.
