Crime Stoppers offers reward for information to help find missing Vancouver teen | KATU

VANCOUVER, Wash. — Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information that could help them find a missing teen from Vancouver.

Vancouver police say 14-year-old Rachael Rutherford was last seen on February 28 near Northeast 112th and Burton Road.
