IN – ISP: Silver Alert issued for missing infant last seen with mother | WPTA

(WPTA) – Indiana State Police (ISP) have issued a Silver Alert for a 5-month-old they say was last seen in South Bend with his mother.

The Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office says they are searching for Messiah Morales, a 5-month-old who is 24 inches, 30 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.
