WV – Martinsburg family seeks help to locate missing 16-year-old daughter | The Journal

MARTINSBURG — A sad smile was heard in Nichole Kesecker’s voice as she talked about her daughter.

“She just turned 16,” Nichole said.

Nichole described her daughter with obvious love as she spoke about what makes 16-year-old Amiya Dominguez so special.
