MD – Police search for missing man whose cellphone was found in Park Heights | WBALTV

Baltimore County police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing man.

Marcus Vann-Garrison, 28, was last seen in the Park Heights area, wearing a gray shirt, black pants and tan boots, police said. He is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds.
