Even as Alicia Navarro approaches 18 next week, and as Thursday marks three years since her disappearance, police are still working to find the Glendale teenager with autism who went missing from her home.
“Just because she’s turning 18, it doesn’t change anything about the status, about the way detectives work the case,” Glendale police spokesperson Officer Tiffany Ngalula said on Thursday. “We’re going to continue to work the case as much as possible.”
