An Oakland girl has been missing since Friday morning.
Ingrid Fernandez, 14, was last seen around 10 a.m. on Oct. 7 on the 9300 block of Olive Street between Bancroft Avenue and International Boulevard in Oakland. She is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and 110 pounds, with black and red hair and brown eyes. Fernandez is considered “at risk” due to her age, Oakland police said.
