PA – Missing Endangered Person Advisory issued for Montgomery County 3-year-old | FOX 29

EAST NORRITON, Pa. – Pennsylvania State Police have issued a Missing Endangered Person Advisory for a 3-year-old girl from Montgomery County on Friday evening.

Authorities say Nova Outzs was last seen in the area of Swede Road in East Norriton around 12:50 p.m.
