AMBER ALERT issued for Wyoming girl, 14, believed to be with adult man | KSL

CASPER, Wyoming — A 14-year-old missing girl is part of an Amber Alert issued by Wyoming law enforcement.

The girl, Gracelyn Pratt, is believed to be with, James Martin, 36. He was last seen driving a black Ford F-150, a four-door pickup truck with Wyoming truck plates listed as “1 county 3 6 9 2 9.”
