MN – Willmar Police Seek Missing Teen | KNSI

(KNSI) — The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is asking for the public’s help to find a missing teen from Willmar.

The BCA says 17-year-old Chloe Garcia went missing on November 9th. She is 5’6”, 130 pounds, with red hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing grey sweatpants and a grey hooded sweatshirt.
