CYRIL, Okla. — An urgent search is underway for a 4-year-old Cyril girl who was reported missing Tuesday afternoon.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says the investigation into the disappearance of Athena Brownfield started around 2 p.m. Tuesday after a postal worker found her 5-year-old sister near their home in the 200 block of West Nebraska in Cyril, which is in Caddo County and southwest of Oklahoma City. Athena, whom the OSBI initially said was 3 but has since confirmed is 4, was last seen wearing a butterfly hoodie and has limited verbal skills.
