BROOKSVILLE, Fla. – State law enforcement has issued a Florida Missing Child Alert for a Brooksville 2-year-old who went missing Thursday morning. Horses, drones, helicopters K-9s, ATVs, and at least 50 first responders from surrounding agencies have been combing the area around Joshua “JJ” Rowland’s home since he was reported missing around noon.
