The Oakland Police Department (OPD) is requesting assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person, Julio Chavez-Montoya, who is missing due to suspicious circumstances.
On February 21, 2023, the Berkeley Police Department (BPD) advised OPD Chavez-Montoya was last seen on January 29, 2023, in the 900 block of Stannage Avenue in Albany, CA. Chavez-Montoya’s clothing is unknown.
