WINONA, Minn. — Authorities in southern Minnesota are asking for the public’s help locating a woman last seen Friday morning.

The Winona Police Department says anyone with information on the whereabouts of Madeline Kingsbury should call 507-457-6530 or submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers online.
