Human remains found in Gary, Indiana Wednesday morning were identified as missing mother Ariana Taylor, police announced.
In a press conference Wednesday, Gary Police Department Cmdr. Jack Hamady said the body was found at around in a “shallow drainage ditch” behind a fence at around 9 a.m. in the of 2100 block of Colorado Street amid a K9 search.

The body of missing Florida woman Cassie Carli, who had been missing since Sunday, was found Saturday evening in Alabama, Santa Rosa County Sheriff Bob Johnson announced Sunday.
Johnson said Carli’s body was found in a shallow grave in a barn in St. Clair County. Authorities were executing a search warrant for the property when they found her body. Johnson said Carli’s ex, Marcus Spanevelo, has ties to the property.

BOSTON (CBS) – Massachusetts State Police have located 15-year-old Eloa de Oliveira, who had been missing for nearly two weeks.
de Oliveira had last been seen March 18 at Concord-Carlisle High School.

The body of a Nevada teenager who was allegedly kidnapped from a Walmart parking lot over two weeks ago has been found, authorities said.
Naomi Irion, 18, was last seen inside her car outside a Walmart in Fernley, Nevada, outside Reno, on March 12, according to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office. Surveillance video captured a man getting into the driver’s seat of her car and leaving in an unknown direction with Irion in the passenger seat.

BLUFFTON, SOUTH CAROLINA – Betty Sue Taylor, 12, who had been missing since March 20, was found in an apartment in Bluffton, South Carolina early Wednesday morning.
According to the Graham County Sheriff’s Office, Timothy Mikell Schultheis, 23, was arrested and charged with kidnapping and custodial interference. Schultheis had apparently developed an online relationship with the girl prior to picking her up in Arizona.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — An Olean woman who was reported missing in February was found dead Tuesday, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and her family.
37-year-old Danielle Thompson Haskins has been missing since February 12, 2022 and earlier this month 7 News spoke with her sister, Shannon Nicole York, who said the day she went missing she called her and told her about going to the Walden Galleria. But the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office told 7 News at the time they couldn’t find a trace.

ST. LOUIS – Dana Holt was found safe in Dallas, Texas Monday. Police made the official announcement on Twitter. She went missing after taking an Amtrak train alone from St. Louis to Dallas. No other details are available, but she is said to be OK.
Her family last heard from her on March 2 from Dallas. They were desperate for answers after she went missing and reached out to the police and the media to help find her. They even drove to Texas to hand out flyers.

NEW ORLEANS (PIX11) – A New Jersey father who vanished during a business trip in New Orleans in January was found dead in the Mississippi River over the weekend.
The body of 33-year-old Michael Gelfand, of Lakewood, was discovered in the Mississippi River near Third Street in New Orleans Friday, the New Orleans Coroner said. His cause and manner of death remain under investigation.

WEST CHESTER, Ohio (WXIX) – A body found in a pond Saturday evening in West Chester has been identified as missing man 31-year-old Alexander Enslen, according to the Butler County Coroner’s Office.
Police said his body was found in a pond on Fountains Boulevard.
