Woman’s Remains ID’d 2 Years After She Vanished at Museum | NBC Los Angeles

More than two years after she vanished during a visit to a Los Angeles museum, a skull and other remains found on a burned Southern California hillside were determined to be those of a missing Manhattan Beach woman, her husband said Wednesday.

Nancy Paulikas, who had early-onset Alzheimer’s disease, was 55 years old when she wandered away from her husband at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art on Oct. 15, 2016. The disappearance was the inspiration for a county-wide program that uses trackable bracelets to help find missing people.

Missing college student from Cornwall found safe | Times Herald-Record

Michael McLaughlin, the 20-year-old Stony Brook University student from Cornwall who went missing earlier this month, has been located and is safe.

An email sent out by the Stony Brook campus police on Wednesday informed the university community that McLaughlin had been found. It did not provide any other information and asked that people respect the student’s privacy.

PAW PAW, Mich. (WILX) — A missing person’s case News 10 has been following for more than a year has had a tragic ending.

Family is telling us Friday that the body of Jerome Ezell has been found.

His girlfriend, Jasmine Hill, told News 10 Friday night that Ezell’s body was found in the woods in Paw Paw and police are treating his death as a homicide.

NV – Missing woman’s body found off Mt. Rose Highway | KOLOTV

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) — The remains of a 19-year-old woman reported missing in late September were located Monday afternoon off Mt. Rose Highway.

An investigator from the Washoe County Medical Examiner’s Office responded and confirmed the identity of the deceased person as Madelyn Lingenfelter, the subject of a Reno Police Department missing persons investigation. Next of kin have been notified.
