Human remains found during an Earth Day cleanup Saturday belong to a 32-year-old Indiana mother who went missing in December, PEOPLE has learned.

Jaime Beasley’s family had been searching for her since she vanished on Dec. 15, 2017 after sending a text to a friend at about 10:45 p.m., according to a Facebook post by her family.

BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind. – Authorities in Bartholomew County are asking the public’s help with locating 13-year-old Agustine Ordonez.

The relative of a 27-year-old Indiana man said he went missing last week in New Orleans while in town for Mardi Gras. New Orleans police received a missing person’s report on Michael Stanley, of Plainfield, Ind., on Tuesday night (Feb. 20), NOPD spokeswoman Ambria Washington said Wednesday.

Elaine Reeder, Stanley’s aunt, said in an email her nephew was with friends in New Orleans for Mardi Gras, got separated from the friends and then did not return to Indiana with them. He was last seen Feb. 12 in New Orleans, she said.

DETROIT – Douglas “Chef Doug” Calhoun has been missing since the morning of June 1, 2017.

Calhoun, who is a U.S. Marine, returned to his home about 3:30 a.m. in the 3500 block of West Outer Drive in Detroit after a night out with his friends. He let them know by phone that he had made it home safely.

Dozens of Leawood residents received an urgent phone message on Labor Day.

A teenage girl was missing in their neighborhood. The police department wanted residents to check their “yard, complex and vehicle” and call if they spotted her.

Unlike the well-known Amber Alert system, which is designed to blanket a state with information about an abducted or endangered youth, but which can take hours to activate, the Labor Day calls targeted residents in a concentrated geographic area and came within minutes of when the girl’s family called police.
