OR – Milwaukie man missing after getting on Amtrak | KOIN

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Milwaukie man is missing after getting on a Portland Amtrak and never getting to his final destination.

Rason Kentta, 42, suffers from mental health issues, according to Milwaukie police, and has limited medication with him. He was heading for Klamath Falls. Police aren’t sure if he continued on the train past Klamath Falls or got off before.

Detroit police seek help finding missing woman, son

Detroit — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a woman and her son who have not been heard from since July 3 after boarding a train from Louisiana to Detroit.

Adding to the mystery is that according to her family, Reba Denise Johnson has no connection to Detroit.

“She lives here in Baton Rouge,” said Terica Toliver, Johnson’s daughter.

Samuel Foley & Carolyn Lindsey, Teens Missing for Months Found Safe | NBC Connecticut

Two Connecticut teenagers missing for a few months have been found safe.

Samuel Foley, 16, of Clinton, and Carolyn Lindsey, of Trumbull, were both located on Friday in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania “with the assistance of family members.”

Police have canceled Silver Alerts for Foley and Lindsey. Both were found in “good health” and Foley is back with his family.

The case of missing Clinton teenager, Sam Foley, 17, and his girlfriend, Carolyn Lindsey, 16, of Trumbull got national attention, for the second time, Dec. 9, during the HNL show, “Nancy Grace.”

“I’m always deeply concerned when missing teens are branded ‘runaways’,” said host Nancy Grace through a spokesman. “No one seems to focus on their disappearances. My fear is that while Carolyn Lindsey may have ‘run away,’ initially, as the days drag on I am increasingly concerned for her safety, as are her parents. We plan to stay on this story.”

MADISON >> When Grove School students Sam Foley and Carolyn Lindsey went missing, the educational community was shocked and concerned, along with the teens’ family and friends.

The College Preparatory Therapeutic Boarding School, founded in 1934 in Madison, has never dealt with any situation like this, according to Executive Director Peter Chorney.

Harrisburg police released additional information related to the search for a 15-year-old autistic boy who was reported missing on Monday.

Zaki Amil Bostic did not return home from school Monday and was last seen getting off the bus in the area of the 2400 block of North 6th Street, according to a Tuesday news release from city police.

(WTNH) — The case of two Connecticut teenagers who have not been seen for weeks became a topic on ABC’s “The View” Monday.

Connecticut state police issued a Silver Alert in mid-August for Sam Foley, who has special needs. He was spotted on surveillance video getting off a train at the 125th Street station in New York City. Also missing is Carolyn Lindsey of Trumbull. A Silver Alert was issued for her on September 20.

On The View, co-host Rosie O’Donnell spoke about the disappearance of Foley, and Lindsey, who O’Donnell said was a friend of her daughter Chelsea.

Sam went missing from Clinton on Friday, Aug. 15 and was last seen, via Amtrak surveillance, on the Harlem-125th Street platform in New York City. When Carolyn Lindsey went missing on Saturday, Sept. 20, video surveillance placed her boarding the 2:14 p.m. Bridgeport train and getting off on the Harlem-125th Street platform.

A New Jersey man who went missing while on a trip to Maryland over the weekend was found dead in a ravine not far from his hotel, police said.

Hani Heiba, of Springfield, disappeared Sunday while traveling south for business, a trip he made routinely as an aeronautical engineer employed as a government contractor. Family members reported him missing Tuesday afternoon, after the usually responsive 29-year-old did not answer his phone or return their calls and texts, Springfield authorities said.
