Man found in river in St. Paul had been missing since November – Twin Cities

The body found in the Mississippi River in St. Paul on Monday was that of a man reported missing in South St. Paul in November, the Ramsey County medical examiner’s office said Tuesday.

South St. Paul police had sought the public’s help in November to find Andre Artzel Duncan, then 35. A construction worker called 911 after seeing a body near Raspberry Island on Monday morning.

Andre Artzel Duncan was reported missing on November 12th after his family didn’t have contact with him for several days, according to police.

A South St. Paul man with a history of mental health problems was reported missing last week, and police are asking for help finding him.

The family of Andre Artzel Duncan, 35, reported him missing Thursday. They last had contact with him on Nov. 8, said South St. Paul police Chief William Messerich.
