BPD: Missing McFarland city manager’s vehicle found submerged in Kern River | Bakersfield.com

Kern County law enforcement has found the vehicle last seen being driven by missing former McFarland City Manager John Wooner, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.

The vehicle, a silver 2012 Dodge Durango, was found submerged in the Kern River on Saturday, along with the body of an unidentified man.

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A 16-year-old girl who was last seen March 23 at her home in San Leandro may attempt to travel to areas including Kern County, according to authorities.

Among the cities Makyla Brown may travel to are Bakersfield, Delano, Sacramento, Oakland and Richmond, according to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
