Police say Estefane Lopez left her Bessemer home the night of May 12 and was last seen in Durham, North Carolina. She may be traveling with a David Enrique Guillen-Lemuz.

SHELBY COUNTY, Ala. — The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office announced Wednesday afternoon that human remains were found inside a minivan belonging to a missing Bessemer man. Those remains are believed to be James Morrison, 75, but the Shelby County Coroner will make the official determination. Authorities said it ‘may take some time’ to identify the remains.

They also updated his description to say he is 5’0″ tall. Cunningham may be in need of medical assistance according to ALEA. The direction he was traveling in is unknown.
