AL – Black Lives Matter plans Sunday press conference about missing man | CBS42

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Members of the Birmingham Chapter of Black Lives Matter plan to hold a press conference Sunday afternoon about a man who has been missing since May.

According to BLM, Ramondus J. Robinson left home around noon on Wednesday, May 22 and was last seen at the Money Spot Rawhouse Social Club at 604 9th Street North in Birmingham. He was wearing ash gray jeans, an army green shirt, gray and white Jordan’s shoes and a black ball cap.

Roosevelt Lassiter, 30, hasn’t been in touch with family members since Dec. 6, 2018, police said. Officers checked his home and found the door ajar, but his belongings and vehicle were there, police said.

Birmingham police are searching for two sisters who may be trying to travel to California.

The girls, 17-year-old Mirna Lorena Coyoy-Perez and 10-year-old Kimberly Elizabeth Coyoy-Perez, were last seen around 8 a.m. Friday, said Sgt. Johnny Williams. Both girls are Hispanic females.
