Body found in central Fresno canal | The Fresno Bee

A body was found Saturday morning in a canal near Van Ness and Bremer avenues in central Fresno may be that of a missing Fresno woman, police said.

The area is not far from the last known location of Lucy Xiong, 20, who has been missing for more than a week.

UPDATE: Missing former Modesto teacher Jamie Tull found alive east of Le Grand | Merced Sun-Star

The former Modesto school teacher who went missing nearly three weeks ago in Merced County was found alive Friday morning, authorities said.

Jamie Tull, 36, was discovered in a field east of Le Grand near where she crashed her vehicle off East Childs Avenue east of South Cunningham Road, according to Merced County Sheriff’s Department officials.

Fresno Police looking for missing woman |

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — Fresno Police are looking for 20-year-old Lucy Xiong who has been missing since Friday, July 28th.

Police said Xiong left her home around 12:30 a.m. and was walking in the area of Olive and First. While on the phone with a friend she seemed suddenly surprised, then the call dropped.

Missing Southern Humboldt Woman – Redheaded Blackbelt

Posters of Leanne Eller began going up in Southern Humboldt yesterday. Her mother reported her missing to the Sheriff’s Office yesterday also.

Eller was last known to have been on property off the Twin Trees Road in the Benbow area where she was living for the last two years, according to her brother Ricky Loyd.

Remains Found Of Roseville Man Reported Missing In May | CBS Sacramento

ROSEVILLE (CBS13) – Authorities have identified remains found this week as that of a man with autism who had been missing since May.

Roseville police say 32-year-old Samuel Dee Stratton-Brooks was reported missing by his family back on May 3. He was homeless and was last seen by family in late April.
