16-year-old girl missing for 2 weeks from Pilsen | FOX 32 Chicago

CHICAGO (SUN TIMES MEDIA WIRE) – Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a teenage girl who went missing nearly two weeks ago from the Pilsen neighborhood on the Near West Side.

Mya Jones, 16, went missing Nov. 8 from the 2000 block of West 17th Street, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police. She may be in the area of 59th to 70th Streets and Stony Island to Cornell.

A 12-year-old girl went missing Thursday on the South Side in the Englewood neighborhood, Chicago police said.

Kamari “KK” King was last seen in the area of the 6900 block of South Bishop Street. She was wearing a burgundy Columbia coat, jeans and she was carrying a white backpack with multicolor flecks, police said.

A chef at a trendy West Loop restaurant has been found safe, a week after he disappeared and failed to show up at a fundraiser he had helped organize for his native Puerto Rico.

IL – Missing Woman’s Body Found – 1340 WJOL

The search for a missing Mokena woman has come to a tragic end. The Will County Sheriff’s Office is announcing that Kaitlyn Kearns, age 24, of Mokena has been found. After an overnight search by Sheriff’s detectives, Kaitlyn’s 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee was located in a rural area of Kankakee County. Kaitlyn was discovered deceased at the scene.
