DENVER – A Wisconsin woman who went missing more than two months ago after moving to Denver has been found safe, the Denver Police Department said in an update to a missing person’s bulletin they posted last month.

Erin Vandewiele went missing on July 23, less than a month after moving to the city with a man she was seeing and after sending texts that concerned her family and friends.

Family travels to Denver in search of missing woman who sent eerie last texts before vanishing | Denver Post

DENVER — A picture of Erin Vandewiele is on the orange shirts that her family and friends are wearing around Denver. They traveled from Wisconsin to Colorado in hopes of finding some more clues about her disappearance.

Vandewiele has been missing since July 23, and the people closest to her immediately knew something wasn’t right. Some friends received disturbing text messages days before she vanished. One text reads, “He’s gonna kill me if I don’t get away from him today.”
