Alysa Anne Martin, 13, last was seen about 4 a.m. Wednesday at Long Beach Resort. Alysa is 5-foot-3 with brown eyes and long brown hair.

A 13-year-old girl with a medical condition is missing from her Riviera Beach home, according to city police.

Jasmine Warren left her home at 1 p.m. Monday to go for a walk. An hour later, she text messaged her mother to let her know she had fallen behind a Walmart in Lake Park, just south of Northlake Boulevard along Congress Avenue, and was hurt.

Search for missing grandmother enters fourth day | FOX 13 Tampa Bay

INVERNESS (FOX 13) – The search for a missing and endangered Citrus County grandmother has entered its fourth day Monday.

According to authorities,72-year-old Carol McHugh wandered from home in Inverness Thursday afternoon. She is without any food, water and her medications. She was last seen Thursday at 3:30 p.m. on E. Regency Row in the Seven Lakes development.
