LINCOLNTON, NC (WBTV) – Investigators have identified a body found in a wooded area in Lincoln County Wednesday as a woman reported missing in 2015.

Patricia Linn Loveless was reported missing by a friend in March 2015. Police said she was known to “routinely walked down East Main Street and North General’s Blvd frequenting businesses in these areas.”

FRUITLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Authorities say a body found buried in Muskegon County may be that of Bobbie Maples, a woman who has been missing since late 2014.

A tip lead police to the location where the body was buried, Roosevelt Park Police Chief David Boone told 24 Hour News 8. The body was found around 7:30 p.m. Thursday on private property in Fruitland Township. He said investigators are not sure if the property owner had any involvement in the burial of the body.

HURST A 72-year-old Hurst woman who has been missing for more than a month packed clothes and personal items in a suitcase about the same time she left home, her husband’s attorney said Tuesday.

Police have been investigating the disappearance of Norma Shultz since her husband, 73, reported her missing on May 25.

He told police she walked away from home on May 24, Hurst police Sgt. Craig Teague said.

Kayla first went missing June 14 from the Porter area and believes she is still in the vicinity.

Her family says she is safe, but St. Paul police still want to meet with a 16-year-old girl who has been missing for more than two weeks.

The family of Alexandra Rodriguez, who was last seen leaving her Hamline-Midway home the morning of May 30 with the family dog, said she has made contact with them.

Calling the case an “active investigation,” St. Paul police spokesman Sgt. Paul Paulos said Wednesday that police “need to physically see her, talk to her.”
