COLUMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) – A missing 14-year-old girl who authorities believe is at risk for human trafficking may be near our area.

The Gainesville Police Department says they are looking for 14-year-old Coyoete Turner. They say she ran away from her foster home in Gainesville on Oct. 21.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Gainesville police are asking for the public’s help in locating Lesha Jackson, 23. Jackson’s mother tells authorities, Lesha is afraid of police and has the mental capacity of a 5-year-old.

TX – Search for missing woman continues | gainesvilleregister.com

Gainesville Police Chief Kevin Phillips said the search for Tracy Lyn Petty continues.

Petty, 41, was reported missing on Tuesday, Sept. 13 and was last seen on Sunday, Aug. 21 leaving the Dollar General on Grand Avenue in Gainesville on a bicycle.

Phillips said the Gainesville Police Department subpoenaed Petty’s cell phone records and have been calling every one of her contacts since the records were received.

FL – Alachua deputies find bones believed to be those of missing woman | News4JAX

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Human bones found Tuesday morning during a search of a swampy area northeast of Orange Heights are believed to be those of 23-year-old Hannah Brim, a woman who disappeared in January, Gainesville police announced.

Nelson Armas, 28, who was with Brim when she was last seen, was indicted two weeks ago on charges of first-degree murder, auto theft and tampering with evidence.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Gainesville Police Department is seeking additional information about the disappearance of 23-year-old woman.

Hannah Brim was last seen by 28-year-old, Nelson Armas.

Armas has a history of domestic battery and is currently in the Alachua County Jail on a domestic battery charge unrelated to the disappearance of Brim.
