GILROY — Gilroy police are seeking the public’s help in locating a 35-year-old man with the mental capacity of a 5-year-old who has been missing since Thursday.

Germain Lucio Espina was last seen by his family at his home in the 7200 block of Hanna Street around 6 a.m. Thursday, police Cpl. Paco Rodriguez said.
