ID – Police issue Amber Alert for missing Jerome County teenager | Magic Valley

JEROME — An Amber Alert has been issued for a teenager believed to have been abducted from Jerome County.

Idaho State Police said in a statement that the FBI is looking for 17-year-old Sandra Rios-Chavez, who may have been forcibly kidnapped by Miguel Rodriguez-Perez around 6 p.m. Sunday in the Wendy’s parking lot at 2816 S. Lincoln Ave. Rios-Chavez may be wearing her issued Wendy’s restaurant uniform.

ID – Body found in Snake River identified as missing woman | LocalNews8

GRANGEVILLE, Idaho (AP) – The Idaho County Sheriff’s Office says human remains found along the Snake River belong to a Grangeville woman who has been missing for more than a year.

Nez Perce County Coroner Joshua Hall identified the remains as Shawnta L. Pankey Thursday afternoon, the sheriff’s office said in a prepared statement.

CHUBBUCK — In the 11 days since Jennifer Schwindt disappeared from her Chubbuck home, no evidence has turned up regarding her possible whereabouts, according to her family.

Schwindt, a 17-year-old Highland High School student, was reported missing by her family on April 3. She was last seen the night before at her family’s home and even after an aggressive social media campaign to find her, Schwindt’s family has no idea where she could be.
