SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Police have identified a man found dead Monday near Onondaga Creek and Destiny USA mall as a Syracuse man who disappeared last fall.

The body of John C. Frazier, 25, was found by the Onondaga Creekwalk near Hiawatha Boulevard in Syracuse, said Sgt. Richard Helterline, a spokesman for the Syracuse Police Department. It appears Frazier accidentally drowned, he said.

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Police are searching for a Syracuse man who has been missing for nearly three weeks.

John C. Frazier was last seen at Destiny USA around 5 p.m. on November 18, said Sgt. Richard Helterline, a Syracuse Police Department spokesman. Since then, the 25-year-old man has not reached out to his family, he said.
