Missing persons spark candlelight vigil – The Advocate Messenger: Local

JUNCTION CITY — Michael Gorley, Linda Price and Whitney Danielle Copley have very little in common.

Except that all three have disappeared and are the subjects of separate Kentucky State Police missing persons investigations.

Gorley, 38, disappeared after walking away from a home outside Junction City in May. Price, 32, was last seen in June in Junction City. Copley, 24, is from Dunnville in southern Casey County and was last seen on Sept. 30 at the Dairy Dip near Hustonville.

Junction City police find body likely that of missing woman Amanda Clemons | CJOnline.com

The Junction City Police Department said detectives have found a body that matches the description of a woman they asked the media to help locate earlier this week.

On Wednesday, Junction City detectives and agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation executed a search warrant on Fort Riley. Investigations and interviews there led them to a remote location in rural Geary County. The FBI is assisting to process the crime scene.

The Junction City Police Department is requesting assistance in locating 24 year old Amanda Clemons so that her welfare can be checked.

Clemons is 5’7” weighs 215, light skinned black female.
