Faith Karcher, 17, went missing April 5 and was reported as a runaway April 7. Karcher is a white female. She’s 5-foot-4, 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Kansas Missing and Unsolved says Karcher may still be in or near Emporia.
