NEW TOWN, ND (WDAZ-TV) — Searchers tell us a missing mother of five was last seen a day sooner than they first thought.

The Bureau of Indian Affairs believes Olivia Lone Bear was last seen on October 25th in downtown New Town.

Fargo man missing in California | Grand Forks Herald

FARGO – As Mother’s Day approaches, Nancy William Hafner is anxious to hear from her 33-year-old son from Fargo who was reported missing in Santa Cruz County, Calif.

Christopher Ryan Yonan was reported missing April 25, according to Sgt. Brian Cleveland of the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office. Cleveland said there’s “nothing out of the ordinary in the report” and that authorities don’t believe the circumstances are suspicious.

Search for Missing Woman Renewed on North Dakota Reservation | U.S. News

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — The family of a missing woman has renewed their search on a North Dakota reservation.

Olivia Lone Bear, 32, was last seen in October in New Town, The Bismarck Tribune reported. Her brother, Matthew Lone Bear, said the Bureau of Indian Affairs has directed searchers to look over the Fort Berthold Reservation again after winter weather pulled volunteers back from the field.

BISMARCK — When Matthew Lone Bear asked Karen Van Fossan if her church in Bismarck could help search for his missing sister, “there was no other answer but yes,” she said.

The minister of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship helped organize the search here for the truck connected to Olivia Lone Bear’s disappearance. Last month, Matthew Lone Bear put out a call for volunteers in Bismarck, Dickinson, Fargo, Grand Forks, Minot, Parshall, Stanley, Watford City and Williston to help search parking lots and streets for the teal 2011 Chevrolet Silverado his sister was last seen driving.

North Dakota Missing Woman Search Expands Beyond Reservation | U.S. News

NEW TOWN, N.D. (AP) — Relatives of a missing Native American woman have moved their search beyond the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation to North Dakota’s larger cities, the family recently announced.

Olivia Lone Bear, 33, has been missing from New Town for three months. The mother of five was last seen driving a pickup truck on Oct. 24.

NEW TOWN, N.D. (AP) — An additional reward is being offered for information about a missing woman on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation in North Dakota.

The family of Olivia Lone Bear says the Institute for Trafficked, Exploited and Missing Persons and its founder, Patrick Atkinson, are offering $5,000 for information if foul play is involved in Lone Bear’s disappearance.
