Missing woman found alive after car goes over cliff in Big Sur | Fresno Bee

A 23-year-old Oregon woman who had been missing since July 6 was found Friday after her car was spotted over a cliff on Highway 1 near Big Sur, according to the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office.

Angela Hernandez was reportedly driving her white 2011 Jeep Patriot from Oregon to Southern California to visit family when she disappeared July 6, officials said.

A missing Roseburg woman and her dog have been found alive in the Boulder Creek Wilderness.

Sergeant Brad O’Dell of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at about 9:30 a.m. Tuesday a Douglas Forest Protective Association helicopter crew working with the Umpqua National Forest located Brandy Molatore and the dog near a small forest fire.

A candlelight vigil is planned to be held on Monday, July 16, for Cynthia Martinez Perez, a Woodburn woman who went missing from a Keizer night club last July.

Friends and family will gather at Chalmers Jones Park behind the Keizer Civic Center, 930 Chemawa Road N.E. The vigil will begin at 7 p.m. and last until sunset. Anyone is welcome to attend.

IDLEYLD PARK, Ore. — Douglas County Sheriff’s deputies and Search and Rescue volunteers are actively searching for a missing Roseburg woman. Brandy Rose Molatore, AKA Nelson, 43, was last known to be walking the North Umpqua Trail. She was last heard from on July 1, 2018.

Deputies say she was 38 miles from her destination of Swift Water Park, but did not arrive. The Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help.
