Community concerned after 2 teens go missing in Minnesota’s west metro | FOX 9

(KMSP) – The Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations and local police departments are asking for help finding two young women who went missing this weekend in Shakopee, Minn.

According to a release, Bushra Abdi, 19 (5’10”), and Zeynab (Hafsa) Abdalla, 19 (5’9”), from Shakopee, “left their respective workplaces during a break and later called 911 for help.”

PRIOR LAKE, Minn. (KMSP) – The Scott County sheriff’s office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager who may be in the Minneapolis or St. Paul area.

Lillian Mae Frahm, 15, was last seen leaving Friendship Church near Shakopee around 6:30 p.m. on June 12. Investigators believe she may be in Minneapolis or St. Paul.

Shakopee Police say a body found in the Minnesota River is believed to be that of a missing man who never returned home after going fishing Wednesday.

Emergency crews say 37-year-old Eric Michael Lindquist was last seen by family members at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday. They say he walked to Memorial Park to go fishing on the Minnesota River.

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Shakopee Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find a missing man who may have gone fishing on the Mississippi River earlier this week.

Rescue crews were out early Thursday morning looking for 37-year-old Eric Michael Lindquist. Authorities said the Shakopee native was last seen by a family member at about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday. It is believed he left his home on foot to go fishing on the Mississippi River in Memorial Park, but he has not been seen since.
