TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) — A western Indiana police chief says a $5,000 reward is being offered for information on a Terre Haute woman who vanished more than a month ago.

Terre Haute Police Chief John Plasse said Friday that community members donated the funds in hopes that the reward can generate “one little piece of the puzzle” in the disappearance of 77-year-old Alice Anita Oswald.

Just days ago, Floyd Galloway Jr., a person of interest in the disappearance of missing Michigan woman Danielle Stislicki, was sentenced in an unrelated case. Following the court hearing, Danielle’s family revealed she had spoken to them about Galloway before she vanished.

Galloway, 30, agreed to a plea deal and will spend from 16 to 35 years in prison after pleading guilty to kidnapping and assaulting a female jogger, according to CBS Detroit. In exchange for his plea, a charge that involved attempted murder was dropped.

Houston police say Sincere Mobbs was last seen at his home in the 5900 block of Southtown Street. His mother says he disappeared after a fight with his younger brother.

Their mother sent Sincere to his room. When she went to check on him, Sincere wasn’t there and the window in the room was open. The window screen and burglar bars were taken off the window.

Olivia Lone Bear was always at home on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation in New Town, North Dakota, her brother Matthew Lone Bear told Dateline. Olivia had five kids under the age of 14, after all, and they were her primary responsibility.
